Description

  • Lead, maintain, and continuously optimize client accounts.
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid search, paid social, and display marketing strategies for a variety of clients.
  • Conduct site research, keyword research, campaign development, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and recommend optimizations that improve performance and ROI.
  • Create decks and reports to communicate campaign performance and project status to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Present strategy, results, and optimization recommendations to clients via in-person, video, or phone meetings.
  • Identify additional growth opportunities in other marketing channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets and adjust allocation as needed.
  • Develop search marketing creative, including keyword generation, text ad copy, and landing page copywriting.
  • Stay current on online search marketing trends and advise clients on relevant changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of paid media experience in search and social at a digital marketing agency.
  • Deep understanding of clients’ goals and business objectives.
  • Experience using Google, Bing, and social search marketing tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Experience with third-party software such as Marin.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to extract insights from campaign data.
  • Ability to juggle multiple clients and manage competing priorities.
  • Preferred experience with programmatic display and other third-party social platforms.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients and present recommendations effectively.
  • Passion for paid media and for teaching others.
