Description

  • Lead the design strategy for the Customer Experience area, ensuring decisions start with the customer and deliver measurable value.
  • Drive a culture of Design Thinking through ideation, prototyping, iterative validation, and problem-solving.
  • Apply a Lean UX approach: work iteratively, test early and frequently, adapt quickly, and deliver value through close cross-functional collaboration.
  • Translate user research insights into clear, user-focused problem statements that align stakeholders and guide design decisions.
  • Map and refine end-to-end user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities and ensure cohesive experiences.
  • Plan and facilitate brainstorming, prototyping, and co-creation workshops to generate and refine solutions.
  • Lead concept validation and partner with Product and Data to design and analyze A/B tests and experiments that measure impact.
  • Influence product direction and make high-impact design decisions grounded in empathy, research, and business insight.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing end-to-end experiences in a complex product environment.
  • Track record of turning research insights into impactful, real-world design solutions that align with product vision.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the confidence to lead workshops and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in information architecture, UX and interaction design, with strong attention to detail, quality, and consistency.
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma and familiarity with other design/research tools.
  • Solid understanding of design systems and accessibility principles.
  • Experience improving workflows, applying UX patterns, and contributing to scalable design practices.
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy, adaptability, and a focus on delivering measurable customer value.
  • Ability to submit application materials in English.
