Description

  • Audit and approve shipper invoices.
  • Review shipper billing processes for accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Manage high-volume customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diagnose billing issues and determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Review carrier aging reports in detail.
  • Collaborate with the financial settlement team to improve DSO and related receivables metrics.
  • Manage document workflows, manual data entry, and system updates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across financial operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial operations and accounts receivable.
  • Hands-on experience with transportation management systems and audit provider systems.
  • Proven Excel experience.
  • Experience with EDI invoicing.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Strong proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Comfort with daily manual data entry and system updates.
  • Logistics or transportation industry experience preferred.
