Description

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and web chat from carriers looking to book available freight.
  • Make outbound calls to source carrier capacity for open loads.
  • Negotiate rates, transit times, and service expectations with carriers.
  • Vet carriers for compliance, including insurance, authority, safety, and onboarding requirements.
  • Book carriers on shipments and confirm all load details accurately.
  • Maintain and update carrier and load information within the transportation management system (TMS).
  • Clearly communicate pickup, delivery, and load requirements to carrier partners.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure timely load coverage and proactively address capacity gaps.
  • Promote and support Loadsmart’s online platform for carrier booking, communication, and tracking.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in carrier sales, transportation, or logistics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing high call volumes while multitasking effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and able to quickly learn transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Able to prioritize tasks and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with sound judgment and analytical capability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with persistence and strong follow-through.
  • Based in the Philippines and able to work remotely.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass electronic background check(s) as a condition of employment.
