Description

  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for core messaging and platform integration.
  • Prioritize feature requests and enhancements using customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and business goals.
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success to execute platform improvements.
  • Drive platform scalability, high availability, low latency, and reliable processing of billions of messages.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform platform evolution and identify emerging trends.
  • Engage enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and translate it into product improvements.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market planning and feature adoption.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure messaging effectiveness and optimize delivery and latency.
  • Stay current on distributed messaging systems, cloud-native architectures, and high-scale messaging best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching and managing SaaS products or platforms.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, messaging systems, high-scale data processing, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategy, prioritize features, and manage roadmaps in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on data.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and a strong customer focus.
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and solving complex problems.
  • Experience with distributed messaging systems and cloud-native architectures is preferred.
