Description

  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for Conversational AI products and teams.
  • Define, evaluate, and prioritize feature requests and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and business goals.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and timelines for new AI capabilities.
  • Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities and execute platform improvements.
  • Drive a platform-first approach to ensure high availability, low latency, scalability, and efficient processing of billions of messages.
  • Conduct market research on large-scale messaging, conversational AI, AI-driven routing, and emerging LLM trends to guide product evolution.
  • Engage enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and translate feedback into product improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy and feature adoption.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure platform effectiveness and improve routing, latency, and resolution accuracy.
  • Stay current on advances in conversational AI, LLMs, and high-scale AI infrastructure and share insights to inform innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience launching and managing SaaS products or platforms.
  • Preferred experience with AI/ML-centric SaaS products or platforms in the enterprise space.
  • Deep understanding of conversational AI systems, including NLP, LLMs, dialog management, and technical architecture.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategy, prioritize features, and drive roadmap planning in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Preferred familiarity with AI performance metrics such as resolution rate, accuracy, and latency.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and a strong customer focus.
  • Passion for innovation and solving complex problems in a rapidly evolving conversational AI industry.
