Description

  • Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy for Conversational AI teams in alignment with company goals.
  • Define, review, and prioritize feature requests and product enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
  • Create and maintain the product roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, and timelines for new AI capabilities.
  • Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities and drive execution.
  • Champion a platform-first approach to ensure high availability, low latency, and the ability to process billions of messages efficiently.
  • Conduct market research on large-scale messaging, Conversational AI, AI-driven routing, and emerging LLM trends.
  • Engage enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback on bottlenecks, pain points, and evolving needs.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy and feature adoption.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure platform effectiveness, improve latency, and increase routing and resolution accuracy.
  • Stay current on Conversational AI, LLMs, and high-scale AI infrastructure to inform platform innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching and managing SaaS products or platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML-centric SaaS products or platforms in the enterprise space is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Conversational AI systems, including NLP, LLMs, dialog management, and underlying technical architecture.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy, prioritize features, and plan roadmaps in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on data-driven insights.
  • Experience with AI performance metrics such as resolution rate, accuracy, and latency is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and a strong customer focus.
  • Passion for innovation and solving complex problems in the Conversational AI industry.
