Description

  • Own system-level testing and validation of liquid cooling solutions across lab and rack-scale environments.
  • Build, configure, and operate complex test systems, including fluid loops, sensors, instrumentation, and data acquisition platforms.
  • Partner with engineering to design, modify, and optimize experimental setups.
  • Execute and adapt test plans in a fast-paced, iterative R&D environment.
  • Troubleshoot and debug integrated systems across mechanical, thermal, and fluid domains.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to test automation and efficiency improvements through scripting, controls, or process enhancements.
  • Maintain high standards for data integrity, documentation, repeatability, and lab readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Thermal Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering lab, R&D, or hardware validation environments.
  • 3+ years of experience with thermal, fluid, mechanical, or HVAC systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong experience with system-level testing and complex lab setups.
  • Strong experience with refrigerant handling, including charging, recovering, and handling common refrigerants in a research lab.
  • Strong experience with instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition systems.
  • Familiarity with liquid cooling, CDUs, immersion cooling, or DTC systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure or high-performance computing environments (preferred).
  • Experience or interest in test automation, scripting, or controls systems (a plus).
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%.
  • Valid passport and driver’s license.
  • Ability to meet background check and screening requirements.
