Description

  • Obtain and manage licensure and privileges for LifeMD providers.
  • Create, maintain, and update provider licensing rosters and collaborative practice agreements.
  • Verify providers’ licensure, malpractice history, educational degrees, diplomas, and certifications.
  • Maintain and update insurance credentialing records and the CAQH Provider System.
  • Handle licensure renewals, privileges, and correspondence with state boards.
  • Support provider onboarding and offboarding as it relates to licensure and scheduling.
  • Assist providers with licensing and credentialing questions.
  • Prepare written correspondence, memos, forms, and other administrative documents.
  • Work independently and collaboratively on special projects, including updating spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of provider and company information.

Requirements

  • Credentialing certification, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience performing credentialing and administrative services.
  • Strong understanding of credentialing, licensing, and payor enrollment functions and processes.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Preferred certifications such as Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and/or Certified Medical Service Management (CPMSM) through NAMSS.
  • Proficiency with credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data.
  • Strong written, verbal, and conceptual communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
