Description

  • Manage an active caseload of approximately 100-150 cases.
  • Evaluate prospective cases and make funding decisions up to $10K based on case merits.
  • Communicate with attorneys, clients, and medical providers to ensure strong service and care coordination.
  • Coordinate medical treatment for accident victims, including scheduling appointments, reviewing medical records, and arranging transportation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with attorney firms and medical providers.
  • Maintain workflow by prioritizing daily and weekly tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service levels and revenue goals.
  • Occasionally assist with training new team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry or legal experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and the life cycle of a case.
  • Ability to assess case metrics and make timely funding decisions independently and with supervisor support.
  • Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a team environment.
  • Must live in Arizona.
  • Experience working with law firms and maintaining professional relationships preferred.
