Description

  • Provide technical delivery leadership for a project or workstream under the guidance of an account leader or architect.
  • Own technical excellence for the assigned project or workstream.
  • Architect technical solutions, explain them to clients, and lead a small team of engineers through implementation.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact and provide architectural guidance and Liatrio’s perspective to clients.
  • Keep account leaders or architects informed of concerns, changes, strategy shifts, and needed guidance.
  • Organize team work, break down tasks, and pair with other engineers regularly.
  • Mentor junior team members through 1:1s, feedback, and technical growth support.
  • Drive knowledge sharing across and beyond client engagements.
  • Participate in business development activities.
  • Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to travel 10-50% depending on client needs.
  • Extensive experience modernizing legacy applications and building new full-stack applications.
  • Strong experience with frontend web applications, backend API services, cloud-hosted applications, and full-stack solutions.
  • Fluency in multiple programming languages, including functional and object-oriented paradigms, plus databases.
  • Experience in enterprise environments, distributed systems, and large or multi-cloud environments.
  • Comfort with cloud-native architecture, source control systems, branching strategies, and automation.
  • First-hand experience or deep knowledge of operations-related practices such as containerization, infrastructure as code, platform engineering, data center architecture, systems architecture, observability, and DevOps.
  • Advocacy for Agile, TDD, BDD, and DDD practices.
  • Ability to perform advanced tasks independently and upskill client and colleague engineers.
