Description

  • Set the long-term vision and roadmap for PopSockets’ influencer marketing program.
  • Design and own a tiered, data-driven creator framework that drives creator advocacy and brand love.
  • Build and scale a creator roster aligned to PopSockets’ core consumer audiences.
  • Lead influencer campaigns from briefing through post-campaign analysis.
  • Manage the influencer agency relationship and hold partners accountable to brand and cultural standards.
  • Own creator contracting, negotiations, FTC compliance, usage rights, and brand standards.
  • Redefine PR as a proactive, always-on brand equity engine for PopSockets.
  • Develop and execute a media and relationship strategy that earns year-round coverage across lifestyle, tech, and culture.
  • Lead press moments, creator events, and brand activations that generate earned media.
  • Build measurement systems for EMV, share of voice, sentiment, and brand health, and use insights to optimize programs.
  • Establish test-and-learn processes and scalable operating practices for both influencer and PR programs.
  • Directly manage and develop an Influencer Marketing Specialist while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, consumer PR, or integrated communications.
  • Significant brand-side experience building programs that move both culture and business metrics.
  • Strong perspective on the future of influencer marketing and the creator economy.
  • Proven success building influencer programs that deliver strong EMV and creator advocacy.
  • Strategic PR experience focused on brand narrative building and earned coverage.
  • Deep data fluency, including building frameworks, interpreting signals, and designing experiments.
  • Experience managing influencer and PR agencies at a senior level.
  • Hands-on experience with CreatorIQ required.
  • Familiarity with Tribe Dynamics or similar tools preferred.
  • Executive-level communication skills for cross-functional leadership and external representation.
  • People-first leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments with ambiguity.
