Description

  • Partner with the Creative Strategist to translate research, hooks, and brief inputs into visual concepts, storyboards, and finished assets.
  • Design and produce static ad creative, short-form video, and motion content for paid social.
  • Interpret brand guidelines of varying depth and create on-brand work from minimal or comprehensive direction.
  • Produce creative for regulated industries that anticipates compliance and legal review.
  • Push brands into new creative territory while staying within brand-safety guardrails.
  • Review, select, crop, cut, and edit raw photography and video footage into finished assets.
  • Own asset quality and turnaround to minimize internal revision cycles before client review.
  • Maintain visual consistency across a high volume of ad variations, formats, and platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in matrixed approval environments and respond to fast, iterative feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on creative production experience in roles such as Art Director, Senior Designer, Creative Producer, or similar.
  • Dedicated experience in performance or paid social creative.
  • A portfolio showing both static design and video/motion editing work, ideally for paid social.
  • Experience translating brand guidelines into new creative applications.
  • Experience in regulated or highly regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, insurance, or legal is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and layered approval processes.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma or a similar tool for static design and layout.
  • Strong proficiency in After Effects or a similar tool for motion graphics and video editing.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of platform-specific creative specs and best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other paid social channels.
  • Strong eye for modern performance advertising that is effective as well as polished.
  • Understanding of paid social fundamentals such as hooks, pacing, hierarchy, and CTAs.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to catch typos, brand misapplications, and spec errors.
  • Comfort giving and receiving fast feedback in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently, move quickly, and handle production timelines with minimal oversight.
