Description

  • Assist in building LLM-powered agents for internal tools and customer-facing products.
  • Support prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool integrations.
  • Collaborate on experiments with open-source and commercial LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and Mistral.
  • Help implement and evaluate reasoning, planning, and memory modules for agents.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to deploy AI features into production.
  • Monitor AI features after deployment and support production reliability.
  • Contribute to the development of customer-experience and contact-center intelligence capabilities.

Requirements

  • B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, or PhD from a tier-1 engineering institute in computer science or a mathematics-related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML.
  • Relevant work experience with a top technology company.
  • Strong coding skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with libraries such as LangChain or Transformers.
  • Interest in LLMs, agents, and the evolving open-source AI ecosystem.
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with open-source LLMs such as LLaMA or Mistral is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of vector search, RAG, and prompt engineering concepts is preferred.
  • Exposure to vector databases or retrieval pipelines such as FAISS or Pinecone is preferred.
  • Contributions to AI side projects or GitHub repositories are preferred.
