Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including presentations, reference materials, and SOPs for auto finance operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the information delivered to team members.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and development opportunities.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure training materials and programs comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Act as a co-facilitator or primary backup trainer for onboarding and continuing education sessions.
  • Create technical training content and deliver engaging live presentations.
  • Manage multiple small-to-medium design projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development or instructional design, preferably in auto finance or financial services.
  • Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance requirements preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging visual content.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Strong sense of teamwork while also being able to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
