Description

  • Make collection calls and send emails or text messages for delinquent accounts.
  • Handle inbound customer calls related to collections.
  • Document account activity with clear, descriptive notes.
  • Set up and process one-time and recurring payments.
  • Prepare delinquent accounts for pre-repossession and review accounts referred for repossession or legal action.
  • Perform skip tracing to locate customers.
  • Send timely customer notices and communications.
  • Support difficult collection cases and recommend collection techniques to team members.
  • Issue written and oral instructions and perform administrative tasks.
  • Enforce compliance with Collection Standard of Conduct policies.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of collections experience in a call center environment.
  • Skip tracing experience.
  • Previous collections experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Auto collections experience preferred.
  • Spanish and English proficiency preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to transparent customer interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively on a team and independently.
  • Availability to work 12–9 PM EST.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, subject to individualized assessment.
