Description

  • Serve as the liaison between Lendbuzz and legal vendors.
  • Communicate with legal, repossession, and internal management stakeholders in a timely, organized manner.
  • Prepare legal files and coordinate vendor activities.
  • Review accounts referred for repossession and legal action against debtors.
  • Support internal legal and compliance teams, including escalated situations.
  • Manage a daily portfolio of accounts.
  • Establish reporting frameworks and evaluate key performance indicators.
  • Monitor and analyze core performance metrics.
  • Ensure vendors work assigned accounts efficiently and in accordance with timelines.
  • Perform administrative functions related to legal recovery operations.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in auto finance, legal recovery, loss mitigation, paralegal support, or high-volume collections.
  • Experience working directly with third-party legal vendors, outside counsel, or repossession agencies (preferred).
  • Experience in skip tracing and collections, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills for managing external legal partners and obtaining litigation updates.
  • Ability to hold vendors accountable to timeline benchmarks.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing responsibilities.
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check following an accepted offer.
