Description

  • Advise a diverse client base on corporate law matters, including start-ups, SMEs, and larger corporates.
  • Handle the sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, capital raising, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans, and corporate governance matters.
  • Manage transactions and workflows end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide practical, commercial legal advice.
  • Build trusted client relationships and explain complex legal issues clearly and pragmatically.
  • Supervise junior team members and collaborate within a high-performing corporate team.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth-focused and modern legal services model.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on corporate law experience as a qualified lawyer.
  • Experience focused on capital raising and M&A.
  • Background in a reputable law firm or organisation.
  • Experience managing transactions end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to manage competing workflows and deadlines efficiently.
  • Confidence in direct client engagement and client relationship management.
  • Commercially minded and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience supervising juniors and working collaboratively within a team.
  • Senior Associate-level experience is ideal.
  • Remote work may be considered, including from London, for the right candidate.
