Description

  • Own and scale performance across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Discovery) and Meta Ads for Web subscription products.
  • Manage and optimize 8-figure monthly ad budgets to ensure efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
  • Drive acquisition with a focus on long-term metrics such as LTV, CAC, payback periods, and cohort performance rather than only short-term CPA.
  • Design and run experimentation roadmaps across channels, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with Creative teams to build and iterate high-impact creative testing loops.
  • Work with Product and Lifecycle teams to improve onboarding, conversion, retention, and renewal flows.
  • Analyze performance at a granular level and translate insights into clear, actionable decisions.
  • Contribute to the launch and scaling of new acquisition channels (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, new discovery formats) as part of a cross-channel strategy.
  • Act as a senior contributor within the team to raise execution standards, strategic thinking, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads at scale.
  • Proven ownership of 8-figure monthly budgets in performance marketing environments.
  • Deep understanding of performance fundamentals including bidding, auction dynamics, incrementality, attribution, and experimentation.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance beyond surface metrics and make actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth or high-intensity environments where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Comfort owning complexity, making trade-offs at scale, and optimizing for long-term growth.
  • Nice-to-have: background in subscription-based businesses (Web or Apps) and familiarity with LTV models, cohort analysis, churn, renewals, and payback periods.
  • Nice-to-have: experience launching or scaling paid channels beyond Google and Meta and exposure to CRO, funnels, and lifecycle marketing.
