Description

Design high-converting landing pages for paid media campaigns using Unbounce, WordPress, Perspective, or similar tools.
Design website pages with a strong focus on user experience and conversion performance.
Develop WordPress website designs for core pages such as homepages and service pages.
Create static ad creatives for channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, and other platforms.
Use AI tools to produce video ads for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Design email templates and graphics that support subscriber engagement and campaign goals.

Requirements

Strong design skills with experience in landing pages, web design, and ad creatives.
Experience designing landing pages for Google or Meta lead generation campaigns with an understanding of CRO principles.
Experience with Unbounce or Clickfunnels is not required, but is a strong plus.
Understanding of performance marketing concepts such as CRO, CTR, and conversion funnels.
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
Experience using AI tools for design, video editing, or creative generation.
A portfolio showcasing web, ad, and email design work, with static and video examples preferred.
