Description

  • Edit and produce video content across short-form, long-form, YouTube, paid ad creative, and brand video formats.
  • Cut footage, apply color grading, add motion graphics, sound design, captions, and transitions.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, marketing strategists, account managers, and other team members to align on content goals and brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple video projects at once while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms, including aspect ratios, file formats, and length requirements.
  • Iterate on edits based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Organize and maintain video asset libraries and project files.
  • Stay current on video trends, platform best practices, and emerging content formats.
  • Assist with basic motion graphics or animated content as needed.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to maintain visual consistency across video and static assets.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional video editing experience in a marketing, agency, or content production environment.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing video work across different formats and channels.
  • Experience with color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and editing rhythm.
  • Understanding of platform-specific video specifications and best practices.
  • Experience producing high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with performance-driven ad creative editing for paid social campaigns (nice to have).
  • Experience with 2D animation, advanced motion graphics, audio production, music licensing, UGC editing, or e-commerce/D2C digital marketing content (nice to have).
