Description

  • Write high-quality LinkedIn posts for the CEO and CTO in their distinct voices, translating ideas and conversations into clear, engaging content.
  • Own ghostwriting and voice adaptation to ensure content feels authentic and consistent with each executive’s tone and perspective.
  • Create and manage posts for Lago’s company page aligned with business goals, hiring efforts, and brand positioning.
  • Actively engage on behalf of the CEO, CTO, and company by writing thoughtful comments and inserting the brand into relevant conversations.
  • Identify engagement opportunities and turn interactions into inbound leads and visibility over time.
  • Track content performance, analyze what works, and iterate on style and structure to improve reach and impact.
  • Propose new positioning, storytelling approaches, and growth ideas to increase leadership credibility and audience relevance.

Requirements

  • +2 years of advanced experience in storytelling.
  • +2 years of experience in content strategy and performance.
  • Proven experience writing on LinkedIn, ideally for founders or executives.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn mechanics, including engagement, tone, and timing.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organic engagement and visibility.
  • Ability to capture and consistently replicate someone else’s voice (ghostwriting).
  • High attention to detail, consistency, and ability to turn rough ideas into finished content.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and initiative.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • Nice to have: experience working with startups or recruiting firms, familiarity with tech/hiring/outsourcing, and ability to condense long-form thoughts into concise, high-impact posts.
