Description

  • Own and maintain Asana project structures, workflows, templates, and automations.
  • Ensure projects follow standardized Asana best practices and internal company processes.
  • Monitor task progress daily to keep deadlines, deliverables, and task ownership on track.
  • Audit projects for overdue tasks, missing assignees, incomplete details, and stalled work.
  • Follow up with task owners, escalate blockers, and maintain accurate due dates and documentation.
  • Coordinate deliverables and task handoffs across marketing, creative, ads, brand management, and leadership teams.
  • Track cross-functional dependencies and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
  • Maintain Asana dashboards and reporting views for leadership visibility.
  • Provide recurring project status updates and surface overdue tasks, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with creating, documenting, and updating SOPs and internal workflows.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience applying a defined project management methodology such as Agile, Waterfall, or Lean Six Sigma.
  • 2+ years of professional experience using Asana preferred.
  • Experience building templates, dashboards, workflows, and rules/automations in Asana.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up, accountability, and task ownership skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining clean systems.
  • Advanced English proficiency at C1-C2 level.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and the eCommerce landscape preferred.
  • Understanding of marketing operations, creative processes, and agency workflows preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced remote environment and supporting cross-functional teams preferred.
