Description

  • Prepare content for submission to Amazon using internal processes to generate inventory flat files.
  • Submit content through Amazon Seller Central’s Manage Inventory interface and keep product data accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Submit category-specific updates to the Amazon marketplace using inventory flat files.
  • Create and submit cases to resolve issues that arise during the content publication process.
  • Meet or exceed a post-training volume target of approximately 125 cases submitted.
  • Escalate cases to Strategic Account Services and other appropriate Amazon teams when needed.
  • Assist with submissions and issue resolution through partner-owned Seller Central accounts.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders and segment leaders to keep work progressing on schedule.
  • Monitor submissions, provide status updates in project management software, and maintain an internal live-submission tracking system.
  • Stay current on Amazon product data management and syndication policies and communicate changes to internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central or other Amazon-related work.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and Strategic Account Services, including escalation pathways.
  • Experience submitting images in bulk through Amazon’s bulk image upload tool.
  • Understanding of Amazon case creation through self-help tools.
  • Experience with partial and full updates through Amazon’s Add Product via Upload tool.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate with Amazon and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong listening and note-taking skills with the ability to follow assignments and complete work efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment while driving toward clarity and solutions.
  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office Suite, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
