Description

  • Interact with users to understand their needs and resolve technical issues.
  • Respond to customer requests, analyze incidents, and troubleshoot failures.
  • Use monitoring tools and analyze logs to diagnose problems.
  • Ensure the stable operation of the company’s IT infrastructure.
  • Work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality even in stressful situations.
  • Continuously develop technical skills and adapt to changes in technology.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support.
  • Administrator-level knowledge of Windows and Linux.
  • Understanding of network technologies.
  • Confident use of tools for technical issue analysis and diagnostics.
  • Experience with Oracle databases (SQL/PLSQL) and MSSQL.
  • Ability to quickly find and implement solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and pursue professional development.
