Description

  • Investigate transaction monitoring alerts to identify suspicious activity.
  • Review flagged payments and approve or reject transactions based on risk.
  • Support the optimisation and updating of monitoring processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Identify financial crime trends through data analysis.
  • Liaise with other financial institutions and law enforcement authorities as needed.
  • Work with other business departments on first-line financial crime tasks.
  • Contribute to additional First Line FinCrime work beyond transaction monitoring.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of transaction monitoring experience.
  • Experience in investigations.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns in large datasets.
  • Experience in the financial services sector.
  • A cooperative approach and enjoyment of working in a dynamic team.
  • Readiness to complete sanctions certifications.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Familiarity with Financial Crime and AML regulations.
