Description

  • Lead a variety of projects across internal teams and external customers.
  • Hold kickoff calls and coordinate project communication with stakeholders.
  • Define and manage project scope, timeline, cost, and quality targets.
  • Develop communication plans and project interfaces aligned to the work plan.
  • Build and maintain successful client relationships.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities as they arise.
  • Oversee project startup, quality, compliance, and change order management.
  • Track project budgets and ensure cost control throughout execution.
  • Review subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders for accuracy.
  • Develop schedules and sequencing of work, including coordination of transportation, materials, subcontractors, drawings, and permits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal daily supervision.
  • Ad hoc travel required, up to 90%.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience working with diverse groups and in matrix-managed environments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and think creatively.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or similar software.
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
