Description

  • Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and UGC-style assets.
  • Produce performance ad creative for Meta and Google platforms.
  • Create product highlight reels, branded lifestyle videos, and promotional or educational content for web and social use.
  • Enhance raw footage with color grading, transitions, audio syncing, and motion graphics.
  • Source and integrate B-roll, stock video, and UGC-style content to enrich video edits.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Content Producer, marketing, and creative teams to align output with brand tone and campaign goals.
  • Stay current on video and social media trends to keep creative output fresh and platform-optimized.
  • Use Adobe After Effects to create simple animations, text overlays, and kinetic motion design when needed.
  • Contribute ideas for new formats, series, and storytelling approaches.
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on video content with precision and creativity.
  • Explore and integrate emerging AI tools to speed up editing, motion design, and content adaptation at scale.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in video editing, digital content production, or a similar creative role, preferably in an agency or D2C brand environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact social and ad content across multiple formats.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
  • Experience editing for social-first platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in real-time environments.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-pressure live settings.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to follow structured processes while adapting quickly when needed.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Ability to switch between brand styles and asset types quickly.
  • Nice to have: working knowledge of AI tools for video/image editing.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with audio editing, stock footage sourcing, and captioning tools.
