Description

  • Host live shows Monday to Friday on TikTok Shop, Whatnot, eBay Live, and The Wessex Mint’s platform.
  • Sell gold, silver, and collectibles in real time through engaging presentations and audience interaction.
  • Build a loyal community that returns for the host and the shows.
  • Learn product details and confidently answer collector questions.
  • Manage show pacing, energy, offers, banter, and closing sales.
  • Complete daily preparation before broadcasts and a short wrap-up afterward.
  • Work with campaign and creative teams to improve show formats.
  • Share audience feedback with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Warm, energetic, confident on-camera presence.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to sustain audience engagement throughout a full shift and perform consistently each day.
  • Credible, trustworthy communication suited to customers purchasing bullion.
  • Coachable attitude and willingness to receive and apply direct feedback.
  • Strong personal organisation for preparation and administrative tasks.
  • No live selling experience required; training is provided.
  • Experience in live selling, presenting, streaming, or content creation is preferred.
  • Background in sales, retail, hospitality, promotions, acting, or teaching is preferred.
  • An existing personal audience is preferred but not required.

Benefits

  • AUD $80,000 base salary from day one, increasing to $90,000 after three months and $100,000 after six months.
  • Monthly challenge earnings targeting an additional AUD $50,000 annually, with AUD $150,000 on-target earnings from month six.
  • Fully remote Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekend work and alternating 07:00–15:30 and 15:30–00:00 shifts.
  • Paid training on products, platforms, and live-selling techniques.
  • All camera, lighting, and audio equipment provided.
  • Opportunities for internal progression across a growing live-commerce operation.
