Description

  • Serve as an analyst for product line activities while supporting the team’s goals and customer deliverables.
  • Contribute to reimbursement projects in regulatory research, cost report preparation, cost report workpaper build-out, DSH, bad debts, Worksheet S-10, and IME/GME.
  • Conduct customer engagements within the engagement methodology and required timeframes.
  • Define problems, research issues, and analyze data to recommend solutions for customers.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and communicate proactively about new issues or delays.
  • Assist in developing objective recommendations and conclusions based on verified facts and analysis.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve data challenges affecting operations or financial processes.
  • Maintain compliance standards for product line work, proposals, and customer activity.
  • Support development of public-facing marketing materials and customer targeting strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and product quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting organization or hospital and health system environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with complex financial data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfort with data and technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under conflicting deadlines concurrently.
  • Strong reputation and references from previous employers, clients, or contacts.
  • Understanding of healthcare financial accounting and reporting, including reimbursement, month-end close, and net revenue analysis preferred but not required.
