Description

  • Support onboarding and deployment for new customers and help them become proficient in the platform within their first 90 days.
  • Guide club, team, collegiate, and organizational staff in getting the most value from the platform and staying current on new features.
  • Collaborate with Performance Strategists and Sales teams to run platform demos for prospects and customers.
  • Provide responsive customer support through Intercom for assigned accounts.
  • Handle account setup, system and module configuration, integration connections, report generation, dashboard building, system maintenance, and manual upload guidance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support practical use of customer data.
  • Log feature requests, bugs, and issues for Product and Technology teams.
  • Support product testing, migration testing, and mapping activities.
  • Support customers globally across regions and sports.

Requirements

  • Background in sport, high performance, or a related field, or a clear understanding of how elite sporting organizations operate.
  • Curiosity about technology and strong aptitude for SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and understand how it works.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working across time zones with a global customer base.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with an athlete management system (AMS) or another sports performance, analytics, or athlete data platform is preferred.
  • Experience in a customer-facing, implementation, onboarding, or technical support role, ideally in sports technology, is preferred.
  • Experience working with professional teams, collegiate athletic departments, leagues, or governing bodies is preferred.
