Description

  • Edit offline and online short-form videos and live video content for various social platforms.
  • Handle fast-turnaround editing tasks including ingestion, categorisation, clipping, and social edits.
  • Collaborate with creatives and other resources to craft compelling narratives and storytelling.
  • Create sound beds and perform basic sound mixes for edit projects when needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality across all assigned work.
  • Take initiative to deliver innovative solutions and stay current with software advancements and motion graphics techniques.
  • Learn and apply new post-production skills to support the video team’s current and future needs.
  • Work with the supervisor to identify and expand post-production offerings and editing capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in editing.
  • Strong understanding of design and motion graphics.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
  • Excellent color correction skills.
  • Knowledge of related tools and integrations such as Da Vinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, and Maya.
  • Some experience managing other Editors and Motion Artists is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at multiple seniority levels.
  • Willingness to work in the US timezone (ET - New York).
