Description

  • Build and execute enterprise account plans and define technical strategies to expand share of wallet within existing customers.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and drive product adoption by working closely with product and customer success teams.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer health and overall account strategy, including legal and billing discussions.
  • Own and increase customer usage of the Helpshift platform and Keywords Player Engagement services.
  • Prepare and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline/opportunity reports and track progress toward revenue goals.
  • Receive and respond to customer RFI/RFPs and support commercial processes to close opportunities.
  • Leverage existing industry networks to open doors and create net-new opportunities focused on introducing Player Engagement Services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and outcomes for enterprise game clients.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of Account Management experience supporting game industry customers.
  • Experience engaging with game publishers at executive levels (CxO, Studio Head, SVP, VP).
  • Experience managing and growing an existing book of business in excess of $20M+ ACV.
  • Existing experience selling to or working within the Player Engagement ecosystem (e.g., Helpshift).
  • Demonstrable success supporting large and complex global game companies.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in a remote environment; willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong team player with high emotional intelligence, critical thinking, commercial creativity, and a process-driven, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Data-driven mentality and ability to work through ambiguity.
