Description

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and administer customer, vendor, supplier, manufacturing, distribution, and other commercial contracts.
  • Manage day-to-day contract administration and oversee the contract lifecycle within existing frameworks.
  • Ensure agreements align with company legal and business requirements while minimizing risk.
  • Assist with the development of contract playbooks, templates, and forms for consistency and compliance.
  • Provide timely communication and escalate risks and issues to the General Counsel or Legal Team as needed.
  • Partner with commercial deal team members and key stakeholders to support deal execution.
  • Maintain clear documentation of ongoing matters to support a smooth transition back to the incumbent employee.
  • Support the company’s privacy program, including responding to privacy rights requests.
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining privacy policies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the General Counsel and legal department.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with a state bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience focused on transactions, contracts, and privacy.
  • Immediate proficiency in contract drafting, review, and administration.
  • Familiarity with contract management platforms such as HighQ is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong commitment to the company’s mission and values.
  • Willingness to respectfully share and receive feedback from all levels of the organization.

Benefits

  • Temporary fixed-term assignment beginning in mid-late March 2026 and lasting approximately five months.
  • Hourly pay range of $85.00 to $100.00 USD.
  • Option to enroll in a company-matched 401(k) plan.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and eligible dependents.
  • Home/office work environment with occasional trips to the corporate office or other meeting locations.
  • Requires only 5% travel.
