Description

  • Partner with the General Manager to provide financial insights and data-backed decision support that accelerates growth.
  • Own the business unit’s financial planning process, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and multi-year long-term planning.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis, KPI monitoring, scenario analysis, and stress tests.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial performance through cost analysis across product development, support, and delivery.
  • Ensure effective capital planning and allocation for growth initiatives and longer-term profitability.
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, Operations, Engineering, and other functional leaders to align financial strategy with operational priorities.
  • Develop scalable financial models to support decision-making and SaaS metrics such as ARR growth, churn reduction, and LTV/CAC optimization.
  • Lead a team responsible for financial reporting, planning processes, and pricing decisions for new product launches.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting a high-growth business unit, with management consulting background also considered.
  • Experience with SaaS or high-tech companies, especially subscription revenue models, strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a business-related field required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to partner with general managers or senior operational leaders to drive business results.
  • Ability to influence without authority in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in a matrixed organization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Excel, SQL, or financial planning software such as Oracle EPBCS.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
