Description

  • Own and drive the global social media strategy in alignment with business goals and brand reputation objectives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on social trends, platforms, and social media best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and maintain standards for content quality and performance.
  • Lead content planning, including editorial calendars for campaigns and key initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end content execution across copy, creative, publishing, and optimization.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social channels.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support launches, company updates, and executive communications.
  • Manage analytics and reporting to evaluate performance and continuously optimize strategy.
  • Monitor and manage brand reputation in social communities.
  • Collaborate on social media marketing strategies and create video and image assets to support initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of B2B social media experience.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience creating and editing short-form and long-form video content for social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Experience using Meltwater, Sprout Social, and Canva is a plus.
  • Deep B2B experience with global brand management is preferred.
  • B2B public relations and social media experience in technology, IT, software, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of social media best practices and a desire to research and explore new strategies.
  • Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
