Description

  • Own and drive the global social media strategy in alignment with business goals and brand reputation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on social trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and maintain standards for content quality and performance.
  • Lead content planning, including editorial calendars for campaigns and key initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end social content execution, including copy, creative, publishing, and optimization.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social channels.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support launches, company updates, and executive communications.
  • Manage analytics and reporting, using performance insights to improve strategy.
  • Collaborate on social media marketing strategies and brand reputation initiatives.
  • Create video and image assets to support specific initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of B2B social media experience.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience creating and editing short-form and long-form video content for social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • 2+ years of experience with Meltwater, Sprout Social, and Canva is a plus.
  • Experience with B2B public relations and social media in technology, IT, software, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices.
  • Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, shift directions when needed, and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision.
  • Experience with global B2B brand management.
  • Creative approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
