Description

  • Facilitate technical interviews with software developers through Karat’s platform.
  • Evaluate candidates’ coding skills, technical knowledge, coding approach, communication, and coding style.
  • Create an enjoyable and inclusive candidate experience while reducing bias in hiring evaluations.
  • Provide objective feedback and performance assessments to support hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with Karat to test and improve interview content, processes, and products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a software developer or engineer.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews, including data structures and algorithms, preferred.
  • Applicants must reside in an eligible country listed on Karat’s website.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
