Description

  • Craft and communicate a product vision and strategy informed by customers, partners, stakeholders, and the development team.
  • Own the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features to achieve business objectives and financial metrics.
  • Define clear user stories and acceptance criteria that are ready for the development team.
  • Work daily with engineering and analytics teams to clarify requirements, priorities, and delivery plans.
  • Develop feedback loops with internal stakeholders and external customers to validate ideas and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and third-party partners to position products in the marketplace and support partner success.
  • Continuously adapt scope and priorities to deliver maximum value while balancing cost and risk.
  • Analyze competitor landscapes and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancements.
  • Communicate progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a track record of delivering measurable business value.
  • Required expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Specific experience working with sales teams and externally facing digital properties, with a strong instinct for user experience.
  • Deep experience managing Agile backlogs and partnering closely with engineering, UX, Customer Research, and other Product Owners.
  • Experience with API-based integrations and distributed systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform prioritization and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with sales systems; familiarity with lending products and underwriting workflows is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party channel partners and building partner portals is strongly preferred.
  • CSPO, PSPO, or similar Agile certification preferred; proven ability to operate independently, manage complexity, and apply Scrum and Design Thinking principles.

  • Competitive base salary range: $96,300 – $154,400 (final pay depends on location, skills, and experience).
  • Annual incentive compensation eligibility up to 10%.
