Description

  • Lead the Tenant Relations team and oversee daily operations.
  • Ensure prompt, high-quality handling of tenant requests and service delivery.
  • Manage tenant escalations and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • Supervise team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and continuous feedback.
  • Support move-in and move-out coordination to ensure smooth tenant transitions.
  • Communicate clearly, timely, and professionally with tenants.
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Leasing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for the team.
  • Analyze service trends and recommend process or system improvements.
  • Support community engagement initiatives and tenant satisfaction efforts.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in customer service, tenant relations, or property management.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience handling tenant escalations and service coordination is preferred.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and exit processes for tenants is preferred.
