Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with co-manufacturing partners to support production excellence and brand standards.
  • Coordinate and track production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of finished products.
  • Monitor production processes and partner performance, including site visits and KPI tracking.
  • Work with QA, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to support regulatory compliance, product quality, and material readiness.
  • Manage production data and inventory records in Ekos, including finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials.
  • Track tolling, yields, and material usage to support cost management and operational efficiency.
  • Identify, support, and implement process improvements that reduce costs and strengthen partner performance.
  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across multiple external manufacturing relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in beverage or CPG manufacturing.
  • Experience managing production and external or contract manufacturing partners.
  • Proficiency in ERP or production tracking systems, with Ekos preferred.
  • Strong inventory accuracy and data integrity skills.
  • Solid understanding of cost of goods, tolling, and margin impact from production decisions.
  • Proven ability to keep production on time, on spec, and on budget across multiple partners.
  • Clear, proactive communication skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Willingness to travel 60-75% to support co-manufacturing relationships.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Experience across both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage categories is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting contract manufacturing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or KPI tracking is preferred.
