Description

  • Serve as JuneShine Brands’ operational representative across contract manufacturing partners.
  • Build relationships with production, quality, and plant leadership to support day-to-day manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor production floors and support manufacturing execution on bottling, canning, shot-bottle, and Snap Pack lines.
  • Verify production readiness through inventory spot checks, production documentation, and ERP accuracy.
  • Process work orders, purchase orders, inventory transactions, and manufacturing records in Ekos.
  • Investigate operational and quality issues and help develop practical solutions with internal teams and partners.
  • Act as the communication bridge between manufacturing partners and internal Supply Chain, Quality, Innovation, Logistics, and Finance teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance, communication, and partner execution.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older at time of application.
  • 2+ years of experience in beverage, food, CPG, or manufacturing, including contract manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with ERP or production management systems, with Ekos preferred.
  • Experience handling work orders, inventory transactions, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and inventory management.
  • Strong relationship-building, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60%+ (more during launches and key initiatives).
  • Experience in THC, hemp-derived, cannabis, alcoholic beverage, or other regulated beverage manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience across multiple packaging formats, including bottling, canning, shot bottles, and multipack/Snap Pack assembly, is preferred.
  • Experience supporting product launches, scale-ups, or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, KPI tracking, or root cause problem solving is preferred.
  • Experience with Ekos or similar ERP systems is preferred.
  • Experience working directly with contract manufacturers or external production partners is preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States.
