Description

  • Provide technical guidance and pre-sales engineering support to prospective customers.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers and technical training for existing customers.
  • Develop sales, demo, and promotional materials for YouTrack and tailor demo setups to specific use cases.
  • Manage large customer accounts proactively to retain and grow them.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the product team.
  • Recruit new partners and support existing partners in improving their YouTrack deployment capabilities.
  • Deliver in-person and remote presentations, host Q&A sessions, and run product demos.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of customer-facing experience in project management, software development, or a related field.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable giving in-person and remote presentations, hosting Q&A sessions, and conducting product demos.
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in software development, QA, system administration, release automation, or a related area.
  • Experience with developer tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a distributed team.
  • Proven track record of building and developing relationships in the B2B space.
  • German language skills are a plus, but not required.
