Description

  • Act as product owner for the IV.AI Data Platform, owning product strategy, roadmap execution, and platform performance.
  • Partner with engineering, data, and operations teams to translate strategy into requirements, priorities, and delivery milestones.
  • Lead prioritization and delivery of platform features so initiatives align with company objectives and roadmap commitments.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to scope initiatives, estimate resourcing, and ensure implementation.
  • Gather, define, and document product requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and client-facing teams.
  • Run ideation and specification sessions to align stakeholders across departments, business lines, and partner organizations.
  • Work with lead engineers to write user stories and acceptance criteria and maintain the development backlog.
  • Develop resourcing and delivery estimates and help ensure projects stay within approved budget and margin expectations.
  • Monitor product performance, customer health metrics, and KPIs to identify friction points and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for product questions, issues, feedback, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital or data product management, UX design, and user acquisition.
  • 2+ years of software engineering experience preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working on data or AI/ML projects or products.
  • Experience with content management systems.
  • Experience with agile development, preferably in a product owner role.
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Asana/Linear, Notion, Miro, or similar design and product tools is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with budgets and own P&L for projects.
  • BSc required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience shipping both responsive websites and native mobile apps.
