Description

  • Develop and refine paid search strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google for Nonprofits grant utilization.
  • Conduct keyword research to inform ad copy and campaign performance.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns for target audiences.
  • Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and budget pacing across campaigns.
  • Collaborate on ad copy and creative assets with internal marketing and creative teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimization adjustments.
  • Run A/B tests on copy, creative, and targeting to improve results.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure ads comply with platform guidelines and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience managing paid search and paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
  • Experience with ad account management, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to work remotely from within the continental United States.
  • Availability to dedicate approximately 20-25 hours per month, with flexibility based on campaign needs and seasonal trends.
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines with a high level of accountability.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Comfort with performance tracking, reporting, and using metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, CPC, and ROAS.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
  • Experience with Google for Nonprofits grant utilization (preferred).
