Description

  • Collaborate with the platform team on environment preparation for platform integration and expansion.
  • Conduct and troubleshoot Istari platform installations.
  • Automate installation and upgrade processes to improve repeatability and reduce time-to-value.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with customers and internal stakeholders during issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials for installs and customer support.
  • Participate in incident response and drive root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
  • Apply and validate security configurations using STIGs and SRGs across operating systems, network devices, and applications.
  • Stay current on emerging cloud and infrastructure technologies that can improve customer delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal infrastructure engineering.
  • Approved Commercial Personnel Certification aligned with DoD Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF), such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or CND, or a qualifying academic degree/education certificate.
  • Proven record with Kubernetes, preferably in a production environment.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with hybrid or on-prem environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure as code and configuration as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and virtualization in enterprise contexts.
  • Proven experience deploying and managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in high-pressure, customer-facing situations.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen living within the United States.
  • Top Secret Security Clearance preferred.
