Description

  • Support the negotiation, preparation, and closing of complex land agreements, including leases, purchases, easements, and surface waivers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external legal teams on land transaction documentation and execution.
  • Maintain land-related data with a high degree of accuracy, including tracking systems and audit processes.
  • Support land acquisition budgeting, cost tracking, reporting, and executive-level materials.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytical summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including automation, to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity.
  • Lead stages of the land acquisition process, including resolving title and survey issues.
  • Support and coordinate third-party land agents and document specialists to ensure communication and documentation quality.
  • Partner with Development and Permitting teams to align acquisition efforts with project schedules.
  • Provide ongoing support to managers and directors on active projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Land Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate, renewable energy, project coordination, land acquisition, or related work preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes.
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Experience organizing data, maintaining trackers, and building reporting materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with Google Earth or GIS platforms is a plus.

  • $115,000 to $135,000 total compensation, including base salary and bonus.
