Description

  • Support the Construction Team across multiple large-scale wind projects simultaneously.
  • Review and report weekly and monthly budgets, including cash flow forecasts, invoices, lien waivers, actuals, accruals, and forecasts.
  • Monitor and align schedules across project stakeholders and external parties.
  • Track owner, contractor, and third-party deliverables under EPC and land contracts.
  • Manage consultant agreements, deliverables, and an owner site team of 8+ consultant personnel.
  • Attend coordination meetings with contractors, utilities, and grid operators.
  • Develop project trackers for quality control, commissioning, and performance testing.
  • Track owner-supplied materials, milestone payments, and contractual notices.
  • Support Project Finance with monthly documentation such as progress reports, lien waivers, invoices, subordination agreements, estoppels, warranties, and backups.
  • Liaise with the owner’s engineer, manage schedule deliverables, and ensure technical specification compliance.
  • Prepare weekly internal reports for executive-level review.
  • Review and manage EPC engineering documents, including IFP, IFC, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and as-builts.
  • Mentor Associate Project Managers as they grow in their roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in wind construction with project management, EPC contract management, budget ownership, invoice tracking, and schedule monitoring.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent on at least 2 utility-scale wind projects from construction start to substantial completion.
  • Experience managing wind projects exceeding 300 MW in capacity.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, Slack, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
  • High attention to detail and strong quality standards for work products.
  • Ability to translate complex findings into slide presentations for executive review.
  • Familiarity with site safety protocols and procedures.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be located within 60 miles of one of the company’s hub locations.
