Description

  • Lead the greenfield design, configuration, and administration of Siteracker as Intersect’s enterprise CMMS.
  • Establish asset hierarchies, work order lifecycles, maintenance templates, and operational dashboards from scratch.
  • Translate operational needs from field engineers, operations leaders, and asset managers into system workflows and designs.
  • Map preventive and corrective maintenance activities into efficient Siteracker processes with site teams.
  • Apply best practices from SAP and IBM Maximo to data governance, inventory tracking, and scheduling standards.
  • Serve as the lead administrator and subject matter expert for the platform.
  • Deliver end-user training and technical support across operations teams.
  • Evaluate platform usage, operational bottlenecks, and system updates to improve automation and user experience.
  • Support the long-term scaling of maintenance and operational workflows across the asset fleet.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring, administering, and optimizing CMMS or enterprise asset management platforms.
  • Hands-on administrative experience with Siteracker, including custom workflow development, reporting, and user administration.
  • Prior exposure to maintenance management systems such as SAP or IBM Maximo.
  • Experience in utility-scale energy, industrial, or infrastructure environments.
  • Ability to build structured operational processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-directed, builder mindset.

  • Total compensation of $188,500-$205,400 USD, including base salary and bonus.
