Description

  • Build scalable clinical quality processes, workflows, documentation, governance materials, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Coordinate patient safety operations, including event intake, review, tracking, trend analysis, committee support, and corrective actions.
  • Oversee improvements to complaints, grievances, and patient feedback processes to enhance patient and family experience.
  • Develop provider quality oversight activities, including documentation reviews, monitoring tools, performance indicators, and trend reports.
  • Support implementation and evaluation of new clinical programs and treatment models through quality measures and outcome monitoring.
  • Support external audits, health plan requirements, regulatory initiatives, and future accreditation readiness, including URAC and NCQA.
  • Partner with Compliance to operationalize clinical policies, procedures, standards, and quality documentation.
  • Analyze safety events, complaints, satisfaction data, documentation findings, and other quality indicators to recommend improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional quality and patient safety projects from planning through implementation while managing multiple initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality workflows through technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical quality, patient safety, healthcare quality management, accreditation, clinical operations, or a related healthcare environment.
  • Experience supporting quality management, patient safety, clinical oversight, quality improvement, or regulatory compliance activities.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, including executive reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across departments without direct authority.
  • High initiative, accountability, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Master’s degree in behavioral health or a healthcare-related field is highly preferred.
  • Clinical licensure or prior clinical practice experience is preferred.
  • Experience with behavioral health, quality program development, clinical audits, health plan audits, accreditation, dashboards, or AI and automation is preferred.

  • Annual salary range of $95,000–$105,000.
