Description

  • Develop standardized executive-ready reporting templates for retailer meetings covering promotional performance, provider performance, and funnel conversion.
  • Build and maintain promotional lift analysis frameworks to measure performance before, during, and after promotions.
  • Establish post-implementation tracking methods for program and operational changes, including KPI definition and outcome analysis.
  • Stress test business cases before retailer and executive presentations to validate assumptions and reduce surprises.
  • Analyze program and funnel performance to identify trends, conversion drivers, and operational opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to build analytical narratives and executive-ready presentations and decks.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis, forecasting, projections, performance reporting, and other strategic requests quickly and accurately.
  • Develop scalable cross-retailer insights frameworks that identify what is working, why it is working, and how to apply those learnings across the business.
  • Translate operational and performance data into actionable recommendations for internal leadership and external retail partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business intelligence, operations, retail, and leadership teams to align on reporting and strategic initiatives.
  • Continuously improve reporting efficiency, analytical frameworks, and business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, business strategy, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong experience building presentations and executive-facing reporting materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Consulting or strategy background strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including pulling, structuring, and building independently.
  • Experience supporting retail, home improvement, marketplace, or multi-location business models.
  • Experience building KPI frameworks or performance measurement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with funnel analysis, conversion reporting, and promotional analytics.
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
